• By Credit Card via PayPal: We will email you an invoice (includes 2.5% processing fee)

Payment must be received by the first week of class to confirm enrollment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancel at least 2 business days before start date: full refund minus $30 fee.
• Cancel after classes begin: 50% refund
• No refunds after 5 or more classes have been held
• Discounts and offers may not be combined

Class & Pick-up Policies

• Students are dismissed at 3:35 PM at the school’s main entrance
• Late pick-up fee: $15 per 10 minutes after 3:35 PM
• After 15 minutes, parents and emergency contacts will be notified
• All instructors are native or fluent Spanish speakers and passionate about working with kids.
• Instructors have passed background checks

Class Schedule & Makeup Policy

Classes follow the school’s calendar and will not be held on holidays, early release days, or during school closures.

Makeup classes will be scheduled only under the following circumstances:

• School-related closures (e.g., snow days, emergency shutdowns)
• Instructor absence due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or force majeure events

We will notify families as soon as possible with information about any rescheduled sessions.
Please note: Makeup classes are not provided for student absences.

Photo/Video Permission

Colorado Languages may occasionally take photos or videos during class for educational and promotional purposes. If you prefer your child not be photographed, please inform us in writing.

Student Behavior Policy

Colorado Languages strives to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment. Repeated misbehavior, physical aggression, or intentional damage to school property may result in permanent removal from the Spanish Club, with no refund. Parents/guardians will be notified of any behavior concerns.

Liability and Emergency Authorization

By signing below, I release Colorado Languages from any liability related to participation in the Spanish Club program, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I also authorize program staff to act on my behalf in case of a medical emergency if I cannot be reached, including emergency treatment by a physician, hospital, or rescue services.
